Property and Cancellation Policies :
Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit worth the first night to confirm your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation received 16 days prior to arrival will be free of charge.
Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival will incur:
a.) one (1) night charge for overnight stay
b.) 50% charge of the total room charges for the duration of stay.
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur:
a.) 100% charge of the total room charges for the duration of stay.
Peak Period Policy (Stay Dates: Peak Period Policy (Stay Dates: Chinese New Year: Jan 22 to 28, 2020 | Holy Week: April 7 to 13, 2020 |Christmas/New Year: December 22, 2020 – January 03, 2021):
Any cancellation received 31 days prior to arrival will be free of charge.
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival will incur:
a.) one (1) night charge for overnight stay
b.) 50% charge of the total room charges for the duration of stay.
Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival will incur:
a.) 100% charge of the total room charges for the duration of stay.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the total room charges for the duration of your stay.
Terms and Conditions
CHILD POLICY:
7 years old and below – Free of Charge without breakfast
8 years old and above – considered an adult, Php800 with breakfast
CHILD BREAKFAST POLICY:
5 and below – Free of Charge
6 to 7 years old – Php175 per person
This will also be applicable for extra people without extra beds.
