The Resort will arrange transportation service upon guest’s requests, this will be passed on to a third party transportation provider (SOUTHWEST TRAVEL AND TOURS OR OTHER PROVIDERS).  Transportation request should be made a day before as the provider do not entertain same day booking.

In-house

The resort will assist every guest in getting e-trike to any destination within the island of Boracay given the destination is accessible.  For mountain destination(s), a private multicab or van are recommended for security reason.  Rates may vary depending on destination and type of vehicle used.  The resort does not have control on the fares rates.  Please give us enough time to get e-trike or traditional trike as it is subject to availability in the area.

Check-in is from 02:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. You may request early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The resort offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out.

Late Check-Out:

A late check-out request should be confirmed on the day the guest checks out subject to room availability.

• Ensure that the room is not assigned to arriving guest on the day the guest checks out.
• Late check-out charge applies, Php800 until 5 pm; full room charge beyond 6 pm.
  
  

Early Check-In:

Early check-in is subject to room availability, we do not confirm early check-in to allow us to sell the room a night before guest’s arrival.  Or the room maybe occupied a night before guest’s arrival and we have to remember that check-out time is 12 noon.

Breakfast will start the following day, the guest will have the option to pack the breakfast but not the same as regular breakfast, it will be packed with sandwiches.  They can also consume their breakfast in advance if they don’t opt to have it packed.
